Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. The Project Engineer, Engineering Metrics will partner with the Engineering Metrics Lead to manage and continuously improve the full lifecycle of Engineering Standards Metrics (ESM) and EPRS technical, production, and engineering standards reporting. The role coordinates across engineering disciplines, Enterprise Engineering Functional Excellence organizations, program teams, and other stakeholders to establish consistent processes, support accurate and timely reporting, and advance automated data collection and metric-generation capabilities.
Key responsibilities include supporting new metric development, maintaining reporting tools and documentation, tracking EPRS-reportable programs, and coordinating Monthly Metric Review Board activities. The Project Engineer will analyze trends and data-quality issues, help develop corrective actions, build cross-functional alignment, and prepare updates and recommendations for senior leadership. Success in this role requires broad engineering exposure, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to support data pipeline and reporting solutions.
- Bachelor's degree (in Engineering or stem degree) with 5+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-disciplinary engineering, business, or process-improvement initiatives.
