Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Design and configure homogenizers according to customer specifications and project requirements.

  • Provide technical support and expertise to internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team by participating in customer meetings and technical discussions.

  • Execute validation procedures for pharmaceutical homogenizer units, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.

  • Apply and maintain knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and norms related to homogenizer design and manufacturing.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering practices.

  • Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across different departments and Group companies.

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence, aligned with LEAN principles.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in engineering, design, or technical roles.

  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.

  • Eagerness to learn, develop technical expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
