Project Engineer/ Senior Project Engineer - SEA hub

Managing and administering execution activities involved after the order process from order intake to customer hand-over. Ensuring efficient processes to complete order execution tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Other general tasks as required.

Responsibilities / Tasks

1.       Collaborate with Division / BU factory for order administration and arrangements to ensure accurate and efficient order process

2.       Logistics and import administration for new machines to be coordinated

3.       Changes to order on new machine sales

4.       Customer communication throughout process of order receipt to HOC and final payment

5.       Regular sales and service meetings for order execution planning and forecasting of new projects for resource planning

6.       New order handover meetings and order completion meetings to ensure efficient execution and learnings post install

7.       Manage commercial aspects of order handling both direct with BU and locally with GEA TH and SEA R&C

8.       Working closely with customers on staged payments, invoicing, BG and LC arrangements

9.       Site survey preparation for utility and scope of work clarification.

10.    Customer and Service team communication throughout installation (I&C) process until complete installation.

11.    Work together with service team to fix customers’ problems.

12.    Work together with BU factory for claim parts and other under warranty matters

13.    Summary monthly report for update status of order and project with BU factory and GEA-TH.

14.    Summary of actual I&C cost and problems of order and projects for sale and service team.

15.    After receiving HOC. Some customers are more comfortable reporting problems to the sales team. Therefore, it is necessary to listen to the customer's problems and pass the details to the service team.

16.    Collaborate with sales and service team to ensure most efficient processes

17.    Summary the project cost and profit margin report to management and BU

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Some experience in project management preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment sector
• Background in engineering around food processing combined with installation commissioning machine. Or resources planning.
• Good in English communication.
