Presta suporte ao cliente através da performance da instalação local do site, bem como supervisionando qualquer diagnóstico, solução de problemas, serviços e reparos necessários de equipamentos e sistemas complexos. Verifica e aprova a qualidade operacional dos equipamentos do sistema. Instrui os clientes na operação e manutenção do sistema. Atua como contato entre a empresa e o cliente sobre assuntos administrativos e técnicos dos projetos atribuídos.
