Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira
Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
Prepare and distribute project meeting minutes, agendas, etc.
Assist Project Manages in monitoring project budgets, resource plans, resource utilization, tracking expenses and identifying potential variances.
Assist Project Managers in coordinating and scheduling meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Assist Project Managers in monitoring and following up on RAID log activities from creation to closure.
Assist project teams and project managers in making sure all project documentation is stored in designated systems.
Collect, compile, and analyze project data to generate reports and dashboards.
Assist in the development of project progress reports for stakeholders.
Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to the Project Manager.
Skills Required
- 3-6 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or support role
