PROJECT
As a Project Coordinator, you will support project managers, facilitate team collaboration, help the team to growth and ensure seamless communication with customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your project management expertise while contributing to exciting and dynamic projects.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring project execution
- Drive effective communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Contribute to people management: hiring planning, supporting professional growth of team members, conducting one-on-one meetings, and collaborating with HR
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations for customers and supervisors
- Maintain and update project management documentation in line with company processes
- Assist with project start, closure, and handover activities
- Support organizational initiatives, including team-building activities
- Manage time reporting and ensure data accuracy.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Personal Assistant in IT area for at least 1 year
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms is a plus
- Skilled in creating clear, efficient, and professional reports
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (theoretical knowledge required)
- Well-developed soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem-solving
- At least 1 year of experience in people management or in a similar area, including:
- Coaching and mentoring
- Conflict resolution
- Motivation and team building - Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of spoken and written English.
