Your Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of plans. You will also work directly with operational leaders to understand the strategic direction of the operation and how analytics will support operational improvements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 3 years of project coordinating or similar work experience.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, and prepare business reports, projections, and recommendations.
- Communicate with managers responsible for all departments to support planning related to capacity and ability to effectively deliver timely, quality services to customers.
- Work closely with Managers, Coordinators, Estimators and other interested parties to remain current on active job status in order to keep customers and referral sources updated. Quickly assist in providing needed information to all interested parties.

- Discipline and Follow-up: Demonstrates a disciplined approach to project management. Strong on follow-up and follow-through.

- Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively in both speech and writing, adapting easily in conversations, speaking persuasively, and writing well-structured, grammatically correct emails and documents with precision and professionalism.
