The Role

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic digital marketing team. You'll serve as the backbone of our project operations, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns from conception to completion.

Expected Salary - $50,000 annually depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, including social media campaigns, content marketing initiatives, PPC advertising, and SEO projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet client deadlines
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients
  • Track project progress and proactively identify potential roadblocks or delays
  • Organize and lead project kick-off meetings and status updates

Client Relations & Communication

  • Serve as secondary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Prepare and distribute weekly project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and project reviews with detailed follow ups
  • Manage client feedback and revision requests
  • Maintain organized client files and project documentation

Quality Assurance & Process Management

  • Implement and maintain standardized project management processes and workflows
  • Create and update project templates, checklists, and documentation
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation

Administrative Support

  • Maintain project management software and ensure all team members update their tasks regularly
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners when needed
  • Assist with new client onboarding and project setup

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to catch errors and inconsistencies
  • Strong self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
