We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator at Euronet Worldwide, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations.
Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the financial or technology industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP certification is a plus
