Project Coordinator
The primary responsibility of this position is to help facilitate the development of all projects in a consistent and collaborative manner to ensure they are on-time, on-budget, and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Project coordination as directed
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Track timelines to ensure that all deadlines are maintained using project management software and online trackers.
- Assist with keeping timelines, and financial information current and accessible.
- Proactively report any obstacles to the PM and assist with problem solving
- Assist PM with franchise kick off and status meeting preparation and post meeting follow up
- Ensure tracking and maintenance of the status document and work with accounting and sales teams to assist with the
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to see long-term assignments through to completion
- Adherence to numerous and strict deadlines
- Organized, creative, and efficient
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to act diplomatically
- Proven ability to work under deadline pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years proven experience in a similar role
