Join the Cannondale team in our Wilton office as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a central role in managing project intake and ensuring the seamless execution of a variety of projects from start to finish. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to use your organizational and communication skills while navigating our systems and processes with agility, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing budgets and schedules, and driving project success.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Manage the intake of new project requests, ensuring all relevant information is collected and documented.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project feasibility and prioritize requests based on business strategy and needs.
  • Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of low complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes. Prepare and present updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the project management team.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on project management processes and tools.
  • Lead and assist in other projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2-4 years of experience Coordinating Projects and bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Relevant and recent experience leading projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective negotiating skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Toolset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
