This Project Coordinator position supports Project Managers and/or Program Managers in the Client Services department, specifically in Settlement or Notice Administration. In supporting overall project execution, the Project Coordinator will partner with several internal operational groups including: Contact Center, Claims Processing, Data Services, Disbursements, Print & Mail Services, and Website and Software Development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Continually track and deliver on-time, required project deliverables, ensuring Simpluris quality standards are met.
  • Appropriately identify risks and immediately escalate to the Project/Program Manager along with proposed solutions, if necessary.
  • Foster good working relationships with operational groups to ensure clear lines of communication as it relates to project execution and project deliverables.
  • Research client and claimant inquiries and communicate findings to clients, claimants, and/or other operational groups.
  • Identify and communicate any process issues with Project Manager, others in the project team, and operational groups, as appropriate.
  • Provide detailed project reporting, and perform analysis and quality control of all client reports.
  • Draft project-related documents, including but not limited to: timelines, website content, contact center agent scripting, court declarations, claimant notices and letters, and internal procedures for various operational groups.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • (Preferred) 1+ year of Settlement Administration industry experience or relevant legal services or legal industry experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly and efficiently gather and process information
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
