PrizePicks is looking to hire a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our In-House Creative Team, reporting directly to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and problem solving.

As a Project Coordinator,  you will support the Creative team and ensure that all assets and campaigns are delivered at the highest possible level within clearly constructed and communicated time frames.

This position requires availability during evening sporting events as well as the flexibility to be available for major campaigns during normal business hours. The schedule will vary and may include some weekend and holiday work.

What you’ll do:

  • Tracks issues and works with the Project Manager to manage the impact of the project
  • Schedule and attend meetings as needed, take notes and documentation
  • Take lead on projects when project manager is not available
  • Respond to creative requests from internal departments, and oversee and track the delivery of all assets
  • Assist the project manager and creative team in day-to-day organizational tasks, create and maintain Asana, Google Sheets and Docs, etc.
  • Assist project manager with  small-to-large-scale projects to execute a smooth process
  • Ensuring that all creative work is executed on time and without error
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination on project objectives and timelines
  • Provide training and support to team members on Asana best practices and workflows as needed

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, design or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have 1–2 years of experience working in project/campaign management or creative services roles in media, digital, or post-production related fields
  • Strong problem-solving/facilitation skills
  • Must have a basic understanding of the graphic design process and familiarity with Asana, Adobe, Figma and Google Workspace
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who excels in multitasking, prioritization, and working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
