Promptly route returned submittals, review comments, and requested revisions to the appropriate parties
Monitor outstanding submittal responses and follow up to ensure required actions are completed without delay
Confirm that Monarch Electric’s responses, resubmissions, and supporting documentation are provided within the required timeframes
Track equipment-release dates, production milestones, testing dates, shipping dates, and required vendor deliverables
Follow up regularly with vendors to obtain current schedule and production-status updates
Compare vendor timelines against the project schedule and immediately communicate potential delays to the Project Manager
Maintain clear records of communications, commitments, deadlines, and completed actions
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting notes, and distribute follow-up items
Monitor requests for information, change documentation, equipment records, and other project correspondence
Assist with coordinating factory testing, delivery, startup, commissioning, and closeout activities
Track operation and maintenance manuals, testing reports, warranty documents, and other turnover requirements
Support the Project Manager in keeping internal teams, vendors, customers, and field personnel informed of project status
Maintain Monarch Electric’s standards for safety, quality, responsiveness, and customer service
