Playtech‘s POP (Playtech Open Platform) unit is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with strong interpersonal skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of 10+ small projects simultaneously, ensuring timely achievement of objectives and successful project delivery
• Analyze, triage and follow-up the projects issues/ blockers to the responsible teams
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates
• Identify potential project risks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them
• Support the team in resource allocation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

Components for success. You...

• Possess 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Have good spoken and written English upper intermediate
• Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself
• Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude
• Show good problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges effectively
