The program was launched in 2012 under the umbrella of the MISK Foundation and aims to drive long-term social impact through sport. The program is now expanding nationwide across the Kingdom, with Riyadh Schools established as the headquarters in the heart of Riyadh. Al Nafal, the second official branch located in North Riyadh, reflects the program’s continued growth and reach across key regions in the Kingdom. This national program aligns with Vision 2030, driving progress in youth development, education, and social impact through sport.
Job Summary
The Program Development Coordinator is responsible for driving program expansion and operational excellence through coordination across digital systems, marketing, PR, events, and stakeholder engagement. Acting as a central link between internal teams and external partners, the role ensures effective program rollout, quality control, and innovative growth strategies aligned with the mission and goals of the Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Program & System Development
- Coordinate and implement program enhancements using structured project management methods.
- Support acquisition, deployment, and training for digital platforms (e.g., youth sports registration, scheduling, communication systems).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to enrollment, attendance, and participation.
- Marketing, PR & Business Development
- Develop and execute PR/marketing assets including brochures, press kits, and social media campaigns.
- Support sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, and external presentations.
- Track and follow up on leads, meetings, and collaborative opportunities with potential partners.
Event & Activation Coordination
- Plan and manage events such as Real Madrid Foundation activations, school showcases, and VIP visits.
- Work cross-functionally with coaching, media, and administrative teams to ensure successful execution.
- Manage event logistics, volunteer teams, and stakeholder communications.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, NGOs, government entities, and community groups.
- Support regular communication with sponsors, PSGs (Public Sector Groups), and senior leadership.
- Provide logistical and coordination support to internal departments including coaching and media.
Documentation & Quality Control
- Record and manage key information from meetings, events, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Help develop SOPs, training documents, and process manuals for internal alignment and consistency.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and track key program metrics (e.g., enrollment rates, lead conversion, event attendance).
- Assist in compiling data reports and analytics to support decision-making and performance reviews.
Continuous Improvement
- Research global best practices in youth sports, technology integration, and program administration.
- Recommend strategies for innovation in processes, digital tools, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or business support roles.
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or enrollment systems.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interest in youth development, education, and/or sports programs.
Preferred & Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in youth sports administration, CRM tools, or digital registration systems.
- Background in event coordination and sponsorship activation.
- Familiarity with marketing content creation, public relations strategies, and external engagement.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- First Aid/CPR certification or understanding of youth program compliance standards.
