Summary/Objective
The Project Coordinator’s primary role is to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion and according to customer requirements.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Monitor and track progress and developments of ongoing projects
Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure completion of work and address any concerns regarding projects
Communicate with Construction Managers on project progress and developments
Work cooperatively with employees to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of projects within approved operating budgets
Have a well-rounded knowledge of staffing needs in the field.
Oversee work/field operations via onsite visits
Complete and maintain all necessary project paperwork
Quality control checks on jobs.
Serve as the liaison between the Company, customers, and utilities
Read, understand, and work from construction maps
Utilize computer software including Microsoft Office, as well as internal and external programs
Perform other duties as assigned

Organizational skills- ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks and projects
Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with a wide variety of personalities
Quick learner with the ability to master CRM and project management software
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Construction-related degrees preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Able to pass a criminal background screen, drug screens, and driver’s license record checks
Must be willing and able to travel to job sites as need arises
Able to perform the physical duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Physical Demands

This position typically requires: grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. The employee may be required to demonstrate routine construction activities, such as pulling, climbing, digging, and using hand/power tools, as well as moving heavy equipment.
Travel
Travel is expected for this position. Overnight stays are possible depending on the area visited.
