As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key player in our software development department, assisting with project management tasks and software testing. You will monitor tickets, organize documentation, and coordinate between groups to facilitate information sharing and discussions. Your contributions will help streamline our processes and help ensure the smooth execution of projects. We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing their skills within our team.
Duties/Responsibilities:• Monitor and manage project tickets in Jira and other tracking tools• Conduct software testing to identify and report bugs or issues• Organize and maintain project documentation for easy access and reference• Coordinate between teams to ensure effective communication and information flow• Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings and discussions• Track reported bugs and work with developers to ensure timely resolution• Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring milestones are met• Help identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies• Assist in tracking and managing resource allocation for various projects
Required Skills/Abilities: • Basic understanding of project management principles• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team• Curious and eager to learn, with a passion for developing new skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Familiarity with software testing processes and methodologies is preferred• Experience with Jira or other project management tools is preferred• Understanding of mobile app development is a plus
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in project management or software development is preferred but not required.
