We are seeking a Project Coordinator based in Bangalore to support the successful execution of Respiratory clinical studies across the full study lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to coordinate operational activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure a high standard of delivery and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases for Respiratory studies.
Assist with database setup, study documentation development, and document archival.
Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking to ensure timely site readiness.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute study reports as required.
Organize Project Assurance meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items.
Support financial tracking by updating documentation/database entries related to scope changes.
Follow up on invoice reconciliations and prepare reports for forecasting activities.
Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Respond to customer inquiries and participate in customer meetings as assigned.
Take ownership of select project components as delegated by the Project Manager.
Complete all required training within designated timelines.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1–3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Knowledge of the drug development process.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Detail‑oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Based in or able to work from Bangalore, India (remote/hybrid/onsite flexibility depending on team needs).
