itD is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support cross-functional project operations for network infrastructure labs by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or administrative/project support, along with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Location: Menlo Park, CA – Hybrid; must be onsite 3 days per week.

Duration: 12 Months

Pay: $27/hr on W2

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, risk/action/issue/dependency logs, and other project documentation.
  • Track deliverables and project status across multiple workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to support on-time completion.
  • Prepare and distribute project communications, including status updates, decision logs, and milestone summaries.
  • Support project governance activities, including recurring check-ins, milestone reviews, and escalation of risks or issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent processes, templates, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Assist with basic reporting, coordination, and project tracking using spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and collaboration tools.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or administrative/project support.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear status updates and track action items.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate project trackers and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and follow established processes and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience supporting networking or data center projects in a technical capacity.
  • Previous experience working in a large technology organization.
  • Experience supporting procurement operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
