Project Coordinator, eCOA

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the seamless execution of eCOA projects by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across teams. Your contributions will help ensure life-changing therapies reach patients faster, smarter, and with greater impact

What You’ll Be Doing
Support planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical studies
Assist with database setup and study documentation development
Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking
Create and distribute study reports; manage documentation archival
Organize Project Assurance meetings and compile minutes and action items
Support financial tracking, including scope change documentation and invoice reconciliation
Prepare reports to support study forecasting
Track and document issue resolution for customer escalations
Respond to customer inquiries and participate in calls/meetings as requested
Lead specific project components as assigned
Ensure timely completion of required training and documentation
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English
Detail-oriented and responsive to requests
Based in or able to work from Bangalore (hybrid/on-site)
