Who We Are Looking For

As a Project Coordinator within the Contract Administration (CA) Department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the construction phase of a project. Collaborating closely with project teams and external stakeholders, you will facilitate and streamline essential workflows that drive successful project delivery. This position offers invaluable exposure to construction processes, client engagement, and real-time problem-solving—providing a unique opportunity to bridge design and execution.

What You Will Do: 

  • Support contract administration tasks, including coordination of change documentation, payment certification, RFIs (Request for Information), and submittals.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations to ensure effective collaboration with all project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, general contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Consolidate all project documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date project databases.
  • Administer digital file transfers and submissions for project deliverables and facilitate printing and delivery when required.
  • Proactively rethink workflow processes, standards, and procedures by leveraging your knowledge and experience.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, regardless of background.
  • A high degree of curiosity, enthusiasm, and confidence, enabling effective collaboration, communication, and driving change.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and an eagerness to leverage tech skills for continued growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Autodesk 360 / ACC experiences are an asset.
  • Procore experiences are an asset.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in the Studio.

What We Will Provide:

The expected hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. This hiring range falls within a broader salary band established for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
