Xtreme Cubes in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team!
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and purchasing support to the Project Management team at Xtreme Cubes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Request QuickBooks purchase orders for sub-contractors.
- Maintain all QuickBooks purchase orders filing system.
- Maintain purchase order Smart Sheet weekly with the Monday reports from Accounts Payable.
- Maintain labor and budget Smart Sheet for all active projects.
- Provide all submittals for each project.
- Provide all warranty materials for each project.
- Provide RFQ’s for new projects.
- Work with Fishbowl Inventory Management and Fishbowl Time.
- Submit new vendor requests with all pertinent information.
- Support all Project Managers with any requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two (2) years of administrative and/or project management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks.
- Experience with Fishbowl software desired.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- For Full-Time employees, expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends if necessary.
- Reliably commute to Henderson, Nevada, or planning to relocate to local area before starting work.
- Comply with the brand and hygiene policies.
