Project Controls Associate
What You’ll Do
The Project Controls Associate provides administrative support to the Project Controller by reviewing project documentation and cost backup for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer billing. The role also supports document management, spreadsheet tracking, and other project controls activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review project documentation and supporting backup for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customer billing requirements.
- Verify that costs and supporting documentation are properly aligned before customer invoices are issued.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinate follow-up as needed.
- Organize, maintain, and update files, and supporting documentation.
- Update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide administrative support and documentation management.
- Collaborate with the Project Controller and other project team members to meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the position.
