Essential Functions
• Gather data from the implementation of the measurement plans across channels
• Gather IQVIA data assets related to CSMS engagement
• Perform basic analysis that support reporting of ongoing engagements
• Assist in identifying CSMS performance and user experience KPIs
• Assist in ensuring QA and monitoring process for tagging and data capture to enable the measurement plan
• Assist in facilitating CSMS engagement delivery/reporting across a team of onshore and offshore resources
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in designing client deliverables with PPT and Excel: desired
• Knowledge of IQVIA data assets: preferred
• Some experience in a related field including consulting, business intelligence, client service, SFE or client multichannel, or digital role would be desirable
• Fluent in English: desirable
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to think critically
• Works willingly and effectively in a matrix environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
