The Project Associate will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that primarily involve Traditional Chinese content. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative individual to ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in creating project plans, timelines, and reports.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring tasks related to Traditional Chinese content are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth communication.
- Collect, organize, and analyze project-related data and materials.
- Assist in organizing project meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
- Support day-to-day project administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; relevant field preferred.
- Familiarity with Traditional Chinese content management, editing, or proofreading is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior project management experience is a plus.
