As a Part-Time Project Associate, you will support the Delivery Team at Chemin, working closely with our Project Delivery Executives to ensure the successful execution of Taiwanese-language AI data annotation projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for operational delivery and quality oversight, acting as the main point of contact for Taiwanese-speaking annotators. • Acting as the language quality gatekeeper for Taiwanese annotations, ensuring submissions meet required accuracy and quality thresholds (target: 95%)
  • Guiding annotators through questions and challenges via internal communication platforms
  • Performing detailed quality checks to catch language, formatting, and annotation errors before client submission
  • Handling project administration tasks in line with internal and client standards
  • Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and quality issues

Requirements
  • Fluent in Taiwanese (Native or TOCFL Band C required)

  • Fast learner, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when guiding remote contributors
  • Technically competent in Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets
Bonus (Nice to Have)
