As we grow (in the number of products that we offer and in clients’ awareness of us), we need passionate researchers, software developers, and other team members to join us for remote roles.

About this role:

As our company grows (both in the number of products that we offer and in demand from our clients), we need a detail-oriented Project Assistant for remote work. The successful applicant will join our fieldwork team and assist in the coordination and sourcing of respondents to take part in our surveys for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management of online data collection projects;
  • Craft suitable/ relevant screening questions to reach the desired target group;
  • Assist in the setup of screening questionnaires (including question logic);
  • Survey testing: offer a great experience to respondents by ensuring the links and logics are working well and respondents are redirected correctly;
  • To organize, collate and clean data files;
  • The administrative function includes but is not limited to image standardization, open-end coding, and exporting and importing data files;
  • Work closely with different stakeholders within the organization for internal and external projects;
Requirements
  • Excellent proficiency in English language both spoken and written;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or equivalent in any field;
  • Interest in market research and project management;
  • This role requires the incumbent to have critical and logical thinking, good numerical and analytical skills;
  • Excellent skills in Excel - experience in working with large datasets;
  • Detail-oriented and possess problem-solving skills;
  • Able to commit to timeline without compromising the quality of deliverables;
  • Experience in market research or survey research would be an advantage;
  • You will be required to work on Malaysian public holidays.
