Your Role:
- As a Project Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting SAP implementation projects by:
- Assisting project managers in planning, tracking, and executing deliverables.
- Coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and updating task boards (JIRA/MS Project).
- Shadowing senior leaders to learn SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
- Helping prepare client reports, managing communications, and escalating risks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
