Lumentum is seeking to hire a Project Analyst for our Brazil based R&D team. This person will take part on a multidisciplinary team that develops a broad range of X-ray applications, especially for the industry.
Key responsibilities:

Monitor and control the execution of X-Ray projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines, scope, and budget.

Coordinate the team activities over the planning and execution of projects with government entities, and to prepare Project Status reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, expectations, and priorities.

Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Guide the team on mastering Scrum ceremonies for effective project execution.

Generate agile metrics for monitoring project progress and suggest improvements.

Support project-related areas.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

Previous experience in project management.

Advanced organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Microsoft Project and Jira).
-
CAPM and Scrum Master certifications are desirable.

Intermediate English.

Experience in reports for Government Incentive Programs (PADIS, Lei do Bem) is a plus.
