At IQVIA, we're helping life sciences organizations navigate complex regulatory environments and deliver therapies to patients worldwide.

We're looking for a highly organized Project Analyst to support Project Managers and delivery teams with the administration, reporting, financial tracking activities, documentation management, and coordination needed to keep projects running smoothly.

This is not a Project Manager role. Instead, you will play a critical part in ensuring project teams have the information, documentation, trackers, reports, and operational support required to deliver successfully.

You take pride in keeping things organized, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and helping project teams operate efficiently.

If you enjoy organization, administrative tasks, reporting, working with Excel, and managing multiple priorities in a structured environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Project Analyst, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple projects by:

  • Maintaining project trackers, schedules, status reports, and dashboards
  • Supporting project financial administration, including forecasting inputs, billing support, revenue recognition support, reconciliations, and effort tracking
  • Preparing reporting packs, metrics, and materials for internal and client meetings
  • Coordinating project team onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Managing meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up activities
  • Monitoring project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies and ensuring information remains current
  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Supporting resource tracking and project administration activities across multiple workstreams
  • Identifying data discrepancies and following up with stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes, trackers, templates, and administrative procedures

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO support, business operations, executive support, or similar roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets, trackers, reconciliations, and reports
  • Experience maintaining project documentation, trackers, reports, and status updates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Confidence working across multiple systems, tools, and administrative processes
  • Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of administrative activity

Preferred

  • Experience supporting project managers, PMOs, professional services teams, consulting teams, or delivery organizations
  • Experience supporting financial administration activities such as forecasting, effort tracking, billing support, reconciliations, or reporting
  • Experience working within highly regulated, compliance-driven, or process-oriented environments
  • Experience producing regular reporting and management information using Excel

What Success Looks Like

In this role, your work will help deliver:

  • Accurate and timely reporting for project teams and stakeholders
  • Well-maintained project documentation and audit-ready records
  • Effective coordination of project activities, meetings, and communications
  • Improved visibility of project financials, resources, risks, and progress
  • Reduced administrative burden for Project Managers and delivery teams
  • Consistent, high-quality project support across multiple projects and workstreams
  • Reliable operational processes that enable successful project delivery
