What you’ll do

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Perth Energy & Industrial team. This role supports project delivery by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth project operations.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document control, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and manage project correspondence.

  • Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and resources.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience in project administration or similar roles, preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite, ProjectWise experience beneficial.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
