The role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Queensland Industrial Team. This role supports project delivery by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document control, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage project correspondence.
- Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in project administration or similar roles, preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
