Job Description

We are looking for a Traffic/Progress Manager to help and get things organised. In this role, you will liaise, with account leads and the creative team to ensure that all work is being delivered on time and that the teams are working efficiently to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all the agency departments to ensure projects are booked in correctly and run to plan.
  • Ensure that campaigns can be made on-time and on budget, and help to build the best team to produce high-quality work
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day creative workload and workflow.
  • Ensure resources are suitably assigned to complete projects.
  • Manage creative resources holiday and out of office requests.
  • Leading daily stand-ups with all agency departments resolving highlighted issues, conflicts or changes.
  • Help on the recruiting and hiring of freelance resources for projects when needed.
  • Document and maintain detailed department procedures that clearly represent the overall team workflows.

Qualifications

About you

As our Traffic/Progress Manager you will need to be extremely organized, methodical and detail oriented. You will be able to communicate concise, accurate deadline-driven information. You will need to understand people and will be able to know instinctively when to push and when to let things simmer as you work to keep areas of the business on track.

Additional requirements

  • Experience working within an agency environment
  • 3-5 years experience in a Progress Manager, Traffic Coordinator/Manager position or a previous account position.
  • Must have a full understanding of the creative workflows
  • Ability to resolve highlighted issues, conflicts or changes
  • Highly structured with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Collaborative team player who is generous with sharing input.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships, efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners, and provide concise, clear, and actionable creative feedback and direction.
  • Understand, advocate, and embody the company’s values and team goals.
