JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role belongs to our Data Management department in PI. The work done by the Data Management department involves creating the possibility to collect primary market research information in a database. Creating an electronic version of a word questionnaire by script writing and thereby creating the logic that will apply when the questionnaire is filled in by the physician or interviewer in close connection with the analyst department.
This work demands a good level of General IT knowledge, as well as a high level of competency in database programming using PHP (Perl Hypertext Pre-processor), JS script, HTML, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- IT/Computer Science Graduate (technical background relevant to programming).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Minimum 2-4 year experience in survey programming.
- Working knowledge of any programming tools like ConfirmIT, Qualtrics, Decipher etc is good to have.
- AT least 2 years of experience in primary market research.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of healthcare sector is added advantage.
- Good analytical capabilities, in order to interpret client requirements and design relevant solutions based on available data.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills appropriate to a global working environment.
- Disciplined, self-motivated and also able to operate effectively as part of a team. Must enjoy the challenge of change.
- Own initiative - minimal supervision, but able to recognise when decisions have to be escalated.
- Ability to work to deadlines, as well as constant prioritisation of work.
- Ability to multi-task is vital.
- Ability to retain information and learn quickly.
