Position : Programmer Analyst

The developer would be responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging, maintaining and documenting of the new agency requirement of Microsoft Active Directory User management system. Interfacing agency’s current .NET web applications to Active Directory. Developing in accordance to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices used by the agency. They would participate in the application technical design process and completes estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks. The Developer also communicates with the appropriate teams to ensure that assignments are delivered with the highest of quality and in accordance to standards.

Skills Required
- Experience designing and developing Microsoft Active Directory user management systems
- Experience interfacing or integrating .NET web applications with Active Directory
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices
- Experience with testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation of applications
- Ability to participate in technical design and produce estimates and work plans
- Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Local candidate able to attend face-to-face interview in Richmond, VA
