Programmer Analyst –  IAC23141

Analyze business procedure and problems to refine data and convert into programmable form of electronic data processing. 
Organize or participate in requirement gathering workshop sessions with the client business teams to understand requirements. 
Participate in detailed system studies including manual and automated systems which are existing and in use, to understand and analyze gaps, identify scope for improvements to come up with solutions. 
Design and develop new programming systems in collaboration with onshore and offshore development team based on client requirements.  
Analyze, communicate and suggest alternate approaches, if required, on the impacts on 
the software system resulting from the enhancements or defect fixes performed.
Update internal developed tools to make them compatible with each legacy application version being released.  
With the automation tool, execute and confirm that newly developed applications are not having any data leak or data loss issues relating to closeout functionality.
Work with Business Analysts, Production Support Team and other IT professionals to help identify and resolve issues in the production environment. 
Design and program the application prototypes for the requirements. 
Develop programs, applications, and enhancements based on technical specifications using Microsoft .Net, WCF, SQL, IIS. 
Participate in development of SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures and automation scripts for each feature. 
Review the data fixes or patches created based on the functional flow. 
Perform release activities for delivering the patch or fix to the production environment. 
Conduct special studies and investigations pertaining to development of new software systems to meet current and projected needs. 
Conduct application knowledge sharing sessions with team in order to scale-up the team.

REQUIRES: 
Master’s in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems or Electronics/Electrical Engineering + 1 year experience as Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Project Lead or related. 

Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
