As part of our strategic growth and commitment to fostering collaboration and operational excellence, we are transitioning to a hybrid working model. This position is based in Nottingham and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Overview: As a Programme Manager at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Oversight & Portfolio Management

    Provide end-to-end programme management across global partners, suppliers, and customers, while maintaining visibility and transparent reporting across a 12–18 month pipeline to ensure alignment with business outcomes.

  • Complex Programme Delivery & Governance

    Oversee multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder programmes, ensuring projects are properly scoped, resourced, and delivered to consistent methodology, supported by clear frameworks, reporting rhythms, and escalation paths.

  • Partner Enablement & Capability Building

    Drive partner maturity by coordinating training, embedding assets and playbooks, and building the capability required to scale delivery confidently and to our standards.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Confidence

    Act as a senior touchpoint for clients, providing assurance and timely intervention, while collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to ensure smooth handovers and outcomes that inspire trust.

Qualifications:

  • You’ll bring 10+ years’ experience leading complex, multi-vendor programmes in SaaS or Professional Services, with a proven record of delivering global projects on time, on budget, and to scope.

  • You combine strong governance and commercial acumen with partner management expertise, ideally gained in legal tech or enterprise transformation.

  • Skilled in Smartsheet, Salesforce, or equivalent delivery tools, you communicate confidently across C-suite and delivery teams and hold a recognised certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM.

  • Above all, you bring structure and assurance to complexity building confidence through clarity, collaboration, and consistent delivery of visible value
