The role will be part of the Transformation PMO in the Business Transformation team. The TPMO is responsible for providing overview and coordination across the Business Transformation Programme, ensuring project governance and management oversight of key milestone & deliverables.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist Business Transformation PMO for the development, maintenance and control of the programme plan and reporting.

  • Raising purchase requisitions/orders and calling off framework contracts.

  • Assist Value Stream Managers in completing accruals and receipting invoices.

  • Responsible for delegated purchasing process within Business Transformation Projects.

  • Responsible for direct payment process for Business Transformation.

  • Financial reconciliations of projects and individual contracts.

  • Assist Business Transformation onboarding (IT Setup/SAP Overview and other request).

  • Project setup activities in various systems.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for individuals with good inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with other individuals, departments and businesses.

To be successful, as minimum you will need to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience of SAP/PM systems.

  • Good understanding of project governance and controls.

  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.

  • Experience in a financial role for utility or Digital company

  • High degree of IT literacy

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
