This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company. 


JOB PURPOSE:

We are currently growing our Growth Marketing team (which includes Media services) and are looking for a Programmatic Specialist.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic Specialist to join our team. The Programmatic Specialist will be responsible for managing programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, optimising campaigns for performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients, and collaborating and aligning with wider Programmatic teams across EMEA. 


 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, The Trade Desk, alongside other DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
  • Optimise campaigns for performance, including bid management, targeting, and creative optimization
  • Analyse campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to clients
  • Deliver and present work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally
  • Contribute insights and strategic media thinking to projects that span all areas of the business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute programmatic strategies
  • Lead and mentor team members in programmatic best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Relevant & proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a knowledge of the Google Stack
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience presenting plans to senior clients and internal teams
  • Experience in managing programmatic campaigns in video, display, digital audio, digital outdoor, and CTV channels
