We've had an exciting fixed term (12 months) opportunity open up in our Lifecycle team as a Programmatic Lifecycle Marketer. This role is located in our Wellington office. You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for multiplying the impact  of our lifecycle strategy, using automation and  AI tools to accelerate how we build and optimise personalised lifecycle experiences at scale.

We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Programmatic Lifecycle Marketer role we are specifically looking for someone who has:

• Hands-on experience: You’ve spent a few years  getting your hands dirty in a customer engagement platform (ideally Braze). You shouldn't just be able to load an email; you need to be able to design and build the scalable, adaptive templates that power it. 
• Technical chops: You like building systems that work at scale and look for opportunities to automate. Troubleshooting a broken API call or a logic loop shouldn’t feel scary. 
• AI curiosity and initiative: You've started exploring how AI tools can improve marketing workflows and can tell us what you've tried and what you learned. 
• Data curiosity: You’re more interested in Retention and ROI than just Open Rates. You love sharing what they’ve learned with the wider team. You’re naturally curious about the numbers. 
• Communication: You can act as a coach for our customers and our team.  You feel comfortable sharing progress, wins and misses with our internal team. 
• Systems thinking: You’re comfortable working between Marketing, Product, and Data. You understand the nuances of the NZ and Aussie markets and how to build for both.
