Job Description

The Programmatic Coordinator supports the setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns for healthcare and life sciences clients. This role works closely with Media Planning, Ad Operations, Analytics, vendors, and internal account teams to help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, measured consistently, and optimized against performance goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, launch, and monitor programmatic campaigns across platforms such as Yahoo! DSP, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, DeepIntent or similar ad tech tools.
  • Track campaign pacing and delivery -  flagging issues and surfacing optimization opportunities.
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing, reconciliation and billing accuracy across your pod’s book of business.
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others) to create efficiencies in reporting, data analysis, QA, and documentation tasks.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and support performance recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Media Planning, Ad Operations, Analytics, and external vendors to ensure accurate, on-time campaign execution.
  • Perform thorough QA on creative assets, landing pages, tracking pixels, audience segments, and placements before and during launch in alignment with Klick Media best practices and campaign timelines.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing by documenting AI-driven workflows and efficiency wins that can be adopted across the pod.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Education or early-career experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills — comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and building clean performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini as part of everyday life.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaign tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder updates simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of digital media concepts including campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Proactive attitude and curious nature.

Desired:

  • Exposure to programmatic DSPs such as Yahoo! DSP, The Trade Desk, or Google Ads.
  • Experience in programmatic, digital media, healthcare, pharma, life sciences, agency, or client-service environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign delivery, creative QA, tracking issues, or vendor escalations.
  • Curiosity about how AI can reshape workflows (school, professional, personal examples) — and a willingness to test, iterate, and share what you learn.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is between CAD 50,000-60,000 per year. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior experience.
