Job Description:

Objetivo del Puesto

• Liderar el proceso de planeación, programación y control de un proyecto, llevado a un diagrama o red, en el cual se describe las etapas del proyecto, y su relación.

Principales Funciones

• Será responsable de preparar y controlar la programación del Proyecto en la fase de ejecución de la obra, controlar las posibles desviaciones, y de pronosticar la evolución.
• Deberá coordinar el control de los trabajos con el jefe de calidad y de generar y comunicar la programación de las obras hacia el Superintendente de Terreno de tal modo de cumplir con los plazos de obra establecidos en el contrato.
• Preparar los programas de avance y será capaz de realizar evaluaciones periódicas.
• Realizar levantamiento de información y confeccionar informes sobre el avance de las actividades del proyecto.
• Evaluar y analizar resultados de los indicadores de procesos, adoptando medidas correctivas según corresponda.
• Elaboración del Programa de Trabajo en coordinación con el jefe de Oficina Técnica y Jefe de Terreno. 
• Revisión y actualización continua del programa de trabajo, adaptándolo a las nuevas circunstancias cambiantes de la obra. 
• Seguimiento del Programa de trabajo, avisando de las desviaciones en plazos fundamentalmente a los jefes de Terreno y al jefe de la Oficina Técnica. 
• Estudio de posibles programas de trabajo en función de las circunstancias cambiantes de la obra 
• Adaptación de los programas de trabajo a los rendimientos realmente conseguidos por hora –hombre y maquinaria
