Kaimetrix is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Support Analyst to support our government client in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Program Analyst will play a key role in managing customer relationships, developing program documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in drafting contracts, gathering requirements, and monitoring program performance.
The Program Analyst will engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable program goals. This role requires a blend of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure successful program planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with organizational policies and federal compliance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLSServe as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, gathering and documenting customer requirements to support program planning and execution.
Collaborate with internal teams—including legal, technical, and operational staff—to coordinate program activities and share critical updates.
Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts and related documents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and federal regulations.
Draft, document, and maintain clear and actionable program requirements, aligning customer needs with business and operational objectives.
Monitor program progress and performance metrics, track key milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to support program success.
Create and maintain documentation including status reports, meeting notes, performance dashboards, and risk mitigation plans.
Support continuous process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to program workflows.
Use Microsoft Office Suite and program management tools to create, manage, and track project documents and reports.
Contribute to stakeholder briefings and assist with presentation development as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a program analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interface with clients and internal teams.
Experience drafting or reviewing contracts, agreements, or other formal documentation.
Proven ability to analyze complex information, identify gaps, and develop clear requirements and action plans.
High attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with program/project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
Experience supporting program or project management within a government or federal contractor environment.
Knowledge of procurement and federal contracting processes.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
