We are looking for a dynamic Program Support Analyst/Correspondence Analyst to join our team. The Program Support Analyst/Correspondence Analyst provides critical administrative and correspondence management support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD(P&R)). This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient coordination, analysis, and tracking of official communications, including correspondence packages and taskers, while assisting government leadership and staff with essential administrative functions.
The work location of this position will be daily at the Pentagon.

Responsibilities- Monitor, organize, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
- Track and follow up on taskers and suspense items, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are provided to appropriate stakeholders
- Support coordination across internal and external offices regarding correspondence assignments and task delegation
- Prepare and process signed correspondence for distribution and records management purposes
- Maintain logs and tracking systems to support weekly and monthly reporting on task and correspondence status
- Assist with knowledge management and file organization using network-based systems, including SharePoint
- Support front office operations such as facilitating office calls, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries
- Provide support on short-turn assignments and high-priority tasks as needed under the direction of government staff
- Current Active Secret Clearance or above required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, English, Journalism, or similar
- Five (5) years or more of relevant DoD and/or Federal Government experience
- Experience with DoD or federal correspondence systems required, specific CATMS highly preferred
- Experience supporting DoD offices or programs
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including editing and formatting professional correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level personnel in a professional manner
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
