Radiance Technologies is currently the prime developer for the government in support of the SAFE-SiM program. SAFE-SiM is a next-generation MS&A application that will provide insight into complex battlefield questions to inform senior leaders in the defense and intelligence communities

SAFE-SiM is being developed with a web-based user interface that accesses containerized microservices orchestrated in a Kubernetes cluster. Our services leverage a ‘right tool for the job’ mentality that covers programming languages ranging from C# to Java to Python and leverage modern libraries and frameworks to provide collaborative features to our users.

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Strategist to join our team in support of the SAFE-SiM program. SAFE-SiM is entering a new phase of development, and we are looking for a strategic thinker and program leader to work alongside the Program Manager and Technical Leadership to shape the program’s long-term direction.

This role will be instrumental in evaluating, defining, and aligning SAFE-SiM’s future with Radiance Technologies’ overall strategic vision. The Program Strategist will collaborate closely with government points of contact, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure both short- and long-term program requirements are met.

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, or related leadership roles.
• Experience working on multi-year, government-funded programs and understanding of DoD acquisition processes.
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, program managers, and government officials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Demonstrated success in aligning program execution with organizational strategic goals.
• Master’s degree in systems engineering
• US citizenship with an active DoD security clearance.

• Certifications in Project Management, Program Management, Agile Leadership, or related certifications
• 2 + years of experience with project management tools, such as MS Project
