Key Responsibilities
- Support integrated program management and operational coordination activities
- Assist with data aggregation, validation, tracking, and reporting across multiple information sources
- Prepare analytical reports, summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership and stakeholders
- Support data management activities, including quality assurance and documentation processes
- Coordinate activities across technical, analytical, and operational teams
- Assist with research support activities, surveillance coordination, and program monitoring efforts
- Track deliverables, schedules, milestones, and action items to ensure program objectives are met
- Support development of technical documentation, meeting materials, and status reporting
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Support proposal, growth, or business development activities as needed, including research, coordination, and documentation support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience supporting program coordination, operations, reporting, or analytical activities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting data analysis, reporting, or operational support functions
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, research support, or large-scale program coordination
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Prior experience supporting federal or government contracting environments
- Willingness to learn and support growth and capture support processes
- Familiarity with responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, generative AI tools, and AI-assisted analytics practices.
