Description

Scentsy is looking for a Program Specialist - Implementation to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Program Manager, this role ensures that programs move forward with clarity, accountability, and operational discipline.

The Program Specialist serves as a key connective point between workstreams, stakeholders, and day-to-day tasks, helping to translate strategic direction into organized execution plans. In addition, the Specialist will be responsible for tactical implementation of our Adobe Analytics, SEO, CLM, and AI Marketing strategies. 

What you'll Do:

  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional programs by developing and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned on priorities and next steps.
  • Support the Senior Program Manager in evaluating current programs and researching potential future initiatives. Specifically, SEO, Adobe Analytics, CLM and AI automation strategies.
  • Conduct competitive research, gather data on industry trends, and contribute to ROI analysis and business case preparation for programs under consideration.
  • Work directly with marketing team members to surface and document manual, repetitive tasks and coordinate with the Senior Program Manager to prioritize and implement automation solutions.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates across program workstreams and prepare clear, accurate progress summaries and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner.
  • Support the Customer Lifecycle Management program by contributing to dashboard tracking, data collection, and status reporting across assigned lifecycle stages and team segments.
  • Build productive working relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, and Operations to ensure program activities stay on track and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation including project trackers, meeting notes, process maps, and decision logs.
  • Assist in coordinating communications and deliverables with external vendors and platform partners as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve team workflows, communication patterns, and project delivery processes.
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3 years of experience in program administration, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field
  • Experienced with SEO, AEO, GEO
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency with the principles of CLM and related tactics
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management platforms
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience supporting enterprise marketing programs or technology implementations preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools or interest in workflow automation preferred
  • Exposure to loyalty, CRM, or customer lifecycle management concepts a plus
  • Experience with process documentation or business analysis preferred
  • Knowledge of direct sales, network marketing, or consultant-driven business models preferred

Skills Required
