- Minimum 3 years of experience in Smart Cities projects or related domains (Digital Transformation, Smart Infrastructure, IoT, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Smart Utilities, or Urban Technology).
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with public sector, municipalities, government entities, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Project Management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid, Prince2).
