Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that service level agreements are effectively monitored and controlled. The individual applies established tools, methodologies, and processes to maintain alignment with project goals and organizational standards, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of commitments. Collaboration and coordination across teams are essential to address challenges and drive progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to maintain project health.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong skills in project monitoring and control techniques to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Experience in utilizing standard project management tools and methodologies for effective delivery.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate reports that support decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements with agility.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
